    Job Description

    I.             Job Summary


    The position is responsible for the receipt, inspection processing and return of all deposits, as well as support of recurring audits, both internal and remote.


    II.            Essential Job Functions









    A.    Deposit removal requests – Termination, Transfers, Releases, Verification, Copying, Returns

    B.    Document Scanning

    C.    Research and process outstanding deposits, including vaulting inspections for accounts

    D.    Process all deposits; initial and update deposits


    E.    Organize vault room and update forms


    F.    Send notices to clients


    G.    Other duties, as assigned by supervisor or manager


    III.          Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required


    1. Detail oriented and able to maintain a high degree of accuracy, prioritizing workload while dealing with repetitive tasks
    2. Shipping and receiving
    3. Customer Service
    4. Auditing and reconciliation
    5. Ability to recognize problems and understand how to leverage resources to solve problems
    6. Ability to work with minimal supervision
    7. Proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel
    8. Ability to learn new computer software
    9. Knowledge and familiarity with various types of computer media


    1. Knowledge, Skills and abilities desired


    1. Possess 1-2 years job experience is a must
    2. Knowledge of Intellectual Property Management, escrow services or related materials or process management experience is a plus
